PM Avers that Religious Freedom to be Respected during Ramadan

Amid reports that he agreed to limit the number of Arab-Israeli worshipers allowed on the Temple Mount during Ramadan, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office pushes back. In a statement, the PMO says that Netanyahu “made a balanced decision that allows freedom of religion with necessary security limits, which have been set by professional officials.” “Any other report is incorrect,” the statement adds, without elaborating on what decision was made and what restrictions will be put in place.
