While the famous Turkish actor, Kerem Bürsin, celebrated his birthday when he turned 35 on Saturday; a Turkish journalist revealed the real reason for his breakup with Hande Erçel.
The star of the Turkish series Sen Çal Kapimi or ‘Knocking at my door’, in which he participated with the actress and model Hande Erçel, said earlier that he wanted to celebrate his special day at home together with his pet ‘ Hector’ and away from any huge celebrations or big parties that celebrities usually have on their birthdays.
“I won’t do anything special. I’ll be at home with my dog like a normal day,” explained Kerem Bürsin in an interview with a Turkish media outlet, according to the Spanish-language magazine Hola.
Bürsin shared and reposted the many birthday wishes he received from other celebrities and fans who also donated on his behalf to mark the Turkish actor’s 35th birthday.
Lipton Ice Tea Turkey, where Kerem is the face of the brand, has also shared a video celebrating Bürsin’s birthday.
Maya Başol, who played his daughter in the series “You knock on my door”, and Elçin Afacan have also shared Instagram stories together with Bürsin commemorating his 35th birthday.
A Turkish journalist yesterday shared the real reason behind Kerem Bürsin and Hande Erçel’s split claiming that Bürsin cheated on the model with a girl outside the artistic community and that Hande broke up with him when she found out.
The couple, nicknamed Hanker by fans, announced the start of their relationship while filming the Turkish TV series Love Is in the Air. They broke up 18 months later. However, the exact reason behind their split remained unknown, despite the many theories shared by fans, before this reporter spilled the rumour.
