Fox Information Imposes the Highest Effective in Historical past for Violating Human Rights
Fox News has agreed to pay a $ 1 million fine and further penalties for violating New York human rights law.
The Daily Beast reported:
In July 2016, Rupert Murdoch’s media empire effectively admitted ongoing wrongdoing that included sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation against victimized employees, and agreed to pay a million dollar fine for what the New York City Human Rights Commission did referred to as “a pattern” of violating NYC human rights law. “
The settlement agreement reached last week with the Human Rights Commission contains the largest fine ever imposed in the agency’s six decades of history and also requires Fox News to remove mandatory confidential arbitration clauses from contracts of on-air talent to other employees and contributors for a period of time of four years if they assert legal claims under the city’s human rights law outside of the company’s internal process.
Fox News wants Americans to forget about the sexual harassment and sexual misconduct scandal that has rocked the network for years, but it seems nothing significant has changed at Fox News.
The conservative cable news broadcaster promotes religion and family values daily while operating a work environment so toxic as to violate human rights.
Who could have guessed that the same network that Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity pumps into millions of homes every night is serially violating human rights?
Fox is not news, but it literally commits crimes against people.
